What is Pathfinder Village?

It is a the Most Beautiful Gated 640 acres that was developed in 1974 as a campground resort in the woods, where you OWN your own Deeded Lot and an interest in the "Common Land"

There is approximately 1250 lots, most are in the shape of a Circle, these Circled properties outline Cult da Sacs. The idea was that no one's lot lines would touch. Depending on how the land worked out, some have a lot of "Common Area" between them and some have as little as 5'.

There is Park Water and 30amp Electrical to each of the lots. Some will meet the requirements to drill a deep well if an owner chooses.

These lots owners will have anywhere from a Tent on the Property to a Park Model with up to a 400sf addition or separate building, and everything in between.

It is one of the most unique properties around. The Park is Open Year-Round, some Love it So Much, they choose to stay. The main roads are plowed in the winter. You can pay a fee to have your lot plowed by the park as well.
